He studied at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk (the symphony-opera conducting class of Wojciech Rajski and the violin class of Andrzej Kacprzak), where he also received the title of Doctor of Musical Arts in conducting. He became known as a conductor who is not afraid to lead even the most difficult works. He embraces all music genres, but he especially promotes the interest in the latest music through numerous premieres and by working with Polish composers of the young generation. He is the founder and artistic director of Progress Chamber Orchestra as well as the president of the Pomeranian association Musica Giovane. He also implements innovative educational projects for the youngest audience of classical music. Among others, he has cooperated with The Warsaw Philharmonic – The National Orchestra and Choir of Poland, the Baltic Opera in Gdańsk, and the Teatr Wielki Polish National Opera. Since the season of 2021/2022 he has been the principal guest conductor of the Polish Philharmonic Sinfonia Baltica in Słupsk. In 2023, he became the artistic director of the NDI Sopot Classic Festival, and has been the artistic director of the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra Sopot since January 2024. He has conducted such distinguished soloists as: Pierre Génisson, Massimo Mercelli, Miroslava Yordanova, Alexander Krichel, Olga Pasiecznik and Robert Gierlach.
